I am so irked with Negan, I'm not impressed, I am just waiting for him to fall.
Okay, I'm kind of impressed, but even if he's Sam and Dean Winchesters dad I am not okay with him killing %(^**&^&*.

yeah that was pretty brutal. didn't really like that they killed off glen and abraham. i'm fine with one death but two deaths seems kinda pointless and illogical. the death of glen also cheapens abrahams death. i know emotions are high but it really didn't make sense for daryl to act out like that and punch negan during his speech which cost glen his life. especially after experiencing everything that just happened. hopefully he doesnt dwell on it for too long. and you think after witnessing two of his people getting lucilled that rick would be ready to be subservient to negan but nope, he still gotta be resistant. i guess you can say rick was in one of his traumatic state of minds or whatever. the scenes with rick and negan taking the trip can still work out, but by then it would have been more to see what rick is capable of instead of trying to break rick down. the scene where negan almost forced rick to axe off carls arm was pretty intense tho

I believe the deal with Glen went down just like the comic. Also Abraham at this point in the comic was also dead but I think he died under different circumstances
I would've enjoyed more separation between the comic and show universe but I get that the writers have to please comic fans too. Besides the 100th issue of the comic was supposedly a fan favorite and as Kirmanput it, " a reset to the story". Which is exactly what the show writers want as well. I get the feeling Negan will be around way beyond this season whether or not he eventually gets neutered is another story. I'm looking forward to where this goes.

i guess my problem was just that they needlessly killed off two big characters in the same episode. i mean we already knew someone was gonna get killed off, but having 2 people killed off just to create more shock doesnt work as well for me. it totally cheapens abraham death. it also made daryl look pretty dumb. there was no point in acting out especially in those circumstances. they still could have taken daryl away and could have broken down rick without having to kill 2 people. i guess seeing how the group reacts could be fun. lets see how miserable he makes their lives
