are set to be published in April of 2017 by Simon and Schuster. The collection is said to include stories written in the 1930s that publishers of the era passed on.

Be interesting to see if it's any good - there was probably a reason that his publishers said "no, thanks."
Makes me think of Letters From the Earth, a posthumous collection of unpublished essays and notes written by Mark Twain. Some of it is fantastic - classic Twain, and some of it just sucks out loud (which may be the reason that his daughter didn't want it published).
