watching the knicks/memphis game now. another one has to be vince carter.
scope85 im glad they have someone wild like noah on the team, actually..hopefully his screaming can help make the knicks tougher. and hyped. How could you not be glad they have him? He's the best defender they have now (an area where they've been miserable the past few years) he rebounds, gets out on the break and passes well (usually) my only concern would be I don't want his livewire play to rub off too much on Porzingis because Porzingiz is at his worst when he's too amped up and not thinking clearly.

Knicks looked good tonight but they need to get better at playing with a lead, Rose and Noah look healthy tho and that's a huge relief....tho I thought Noah was gonna give himself a heart attack out there.

i have no idea where the thunder stand since KD's departure, as in i dont know who they got to replace him.
which is why im recording their game next week..curious to see what theyre working with now. They haven't gotten anyone to replace him yet but I've heard Steven Adams is working really hard on his testicle strength this year for when Draymond inevitably kicks him below the belt.

Westbrook is one of the best guards in the league but like any player he needs help, LeBron can't carry a team to a championship by himself, he makes the players around him better with his all around play but that doesn't mean he could do it by himself, he couldn't in his first stay in Cleveland and he couldn't nowadays....that's why he's trying so hard to get the Cavs to keep J.R...Lebron knows more than anybody that he needs good teammates. The Thunder do need more firepower offensively to back up Westbrook but you're not going to find a "better" KD, it doesn't exist, he's one of the most adept scorers....ever. Best thing they could do would be to pick up multiple players that are good role players to try to fill the void. thats the other exciting storyline this ear, how okc responds to durant ditching them like that. yeah i also remember when he went on a tear when durant went down the year before, they barely missed the playoffs but westbrook kept them in till the last games. youd think that since they have no durant that they are just expected to roll over but i think okc might just can still compete if they get one or two capable scorers to play along with him. I think one of the Thunder's biggest problems over the years has been with Westbrook and Durant being as good as they are there's almost no room for a third scoring option, I'm interested to see what they can do if they surround Westbrook with some decent talent.

oh yeah, my only motivations for watching the nba this year is to watch how far my team will go and to root against the warriors. As a Thunder fan, this is exactly how I feel. I believe in Westbrook, I've saw him take the reigns of the Thunder when Durant went down with his foot injury and he did pretty good. They didn't make the playoffs that year though. Westbrook is one of the most emotional, electrifying players I've ever seen, seriously.. it's like watching a fucking Apex predator unleashed upon the court.. but he's no LeBron, he can't carry a team by himself. He needs another KD, but a better KD. Someone that can let him do his Velociraptor shit but, somehow focus it all into the team's play. Not a fan of Inuyasha for similar reasons to what Doom said, they clearly put in massive filler and every episode became how to defeat Naraku....threw the pacing off, but you like what you like....no such thing as any superior taste. Evangelion gets a lot of hate from people who don't connect with it but to me it's one of the best ever.

Birds were god awful this week, worst one touchdown loss I've ever seen, they still can recover but they gotta get that line fixed and give it some help by using tight ends and backs to chip defensive ends....gotta use some sort of blitz scheme because there's no excuse for a player like Fletcher Cox to be as quiet as he's been, he's getting double teamed on every play, if you only rush four every play eventually a good offensive line is gonna shut that down.
