This is something I personally have mixed emotions on. I hate reboots like most of us that grew up with the source material. However considering Joel has over seen it carefully and it will contain cameos and extensions of old material like Forresters "Daughter" played by the awesomely nerdy Felicia Day, and Patton Oswalt portraying TV's Son of TV's Frank and possible guest stars like Mark Hamill, Jack Black, Neil Patrick Harris, and Jerry Seinfeld I am holding out hope they might be able to capture some of the old magic.
Any thoughts on the original series, the Nelson switch, or the reboot?
